The Verizon LG flip phone that I had until today was breaking up in conversations... I'd hear about 4 or words sometime out of 6 or 8 words... Maybe half or a little better..Then sometimes it would be perfectly clear. After a few weeks of putting up with this I called Verizon and was told to try *228 and update. But she said that may not help as within the next year some network was being phased out.. (Now I'm not talking about internet) and that I would need to get a more modern phone.. So today I got a new LG flip phone and had to make 3 trips back to the store to get it working right. It's screen size in larger and it's heavier. But what was I going to do! Talking to Blue Cross Insurance, the representative finally said let me try and call you back... IT WAS THAT BAD... Better when she called back. These phone companies are running the show these days and it makes me mad as hell!
